2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen--can substitute other fruit/berries)
2 cups water
1/4 cup grade b maple syrup
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tablespoon molasses
1 cup cold water
2 scoops Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0
8 tablespoons Great Lakes Unflavored Gelatin

1. In a saucepan, add the raspberries, 2 cups water, maple syrup, honey, and molasses. Bring to a boil and cover. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. This makes the raspberry syrup. Remove from heat.

2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the 1 cup cold water, the Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 and the gelatin. Whisk well, mixture will begin to thicken. Pour in 2 cups of the raspberry syrup and whisk well.

3. Immediately pour into molds or into casserole dish. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Pop out of the molds or if using a casserole dish, cut into squares and remove from the dish. Store in containers in the refrigerator for a week....if they last that long!
